Shipping Policy
Dreamenities Infra LLP primarily provides design, interior, furniture, and project-based services. As our services are customized according to the client's requirements, standard product shipping timelines may not apply.
For any physical furniture, fixtures, or other products supplied as part of a project, delivery timelines, shipping arrangements, and applicable charges will be communicated and agreed upon with the client before order confirmation.
Refund Policy
Our design and project services are customized according to individual client requirements. Refund eligibility, where applicable, will depend on the stage of the project and the terms agreed upon before commencement of work.
Any advance or payment made for customized design work, furniture, materials, or project execution may be subject to applicable deductions for work already completed, materials procured, or other committed project costs.
Specific refund terms will be communicated and agreed upon with the client before the project begins.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation of design or project services must be requested before work begins. Once design work, procurement, manufacturing, customization, or project execution has commenced, cancellation may be subject to applicable charges for work completed and costs incurred.
Customized furniture, fixtures, and other made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are delivered damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications.
Any issue with supplied products or project work should be reported to Dreamenities Infra LLP within a reasonable period so that it can be reviewed and resolved.
