These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Leisure Equipment website, www.leisureequipment.in (“Website” or “Platform”), and your purchase, sale, listing, enquiry, or other use of services provided through the Platform.

1. About Leisure Equipment

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where:

If an amount has already been paid for an order that is cancelled by us or the relevant supplier/vendor, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Enquiries, Quotations and Project Orders

Certain products or projects may not be suitable for direct online checkout.

For such products, customers may submit an enquiry or request a quotation.

Participating suppliers and vendors may list products through the Platform.

Vendors and suppliers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Their products are legally permitted for sale.

• They have the necessary rights to sell the products.
• Product images and content do not infringe third-party rights.

• Applicable warranties and commitments are honoured.

Leisure Equipment may review, modify, restrict, suspend or remove listings where required or where we reasonably believe that a listing violates our policies or applicable law.

14. Marketplace Role

Where a product is supplied by an independent vendor or supplier, Leisure Equipment may act as a marketplace/platform facilitating discovery, enquiry, ordering, communication, payment or other transaction-related services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Leisure Equipment does not manufacture every product listed on the Platform.

The responsibility for product quality, specifications, warranty and fulfilment may therefore depend on the relevant supplier/vendor and the specific commercial terms of the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. User Responsibilities
