Shipping Policy
Terms & Condition :
- PRICE BASIS & SCOPE: The Scope of our offer is limited only to the supply the items specifically mentioned in our enclosed quotation. Ex- warehouse.
- DUTIES & LEVIES: GST extra at actuals.
- DELIVERY SCHEDULE : Immediate readily available stock or 1 to 3 weeks after receipt of your Technically and commercially confirmed order.
- PAYMENT TERM: 100% advance along with the PO .
- PACKING & FREIGHT: To client account extra at actual.
- TRANSIT INSURANCE: To client account extra.
- PROJECT DELAY: Delivery of material should be taken within 10 days from date of written intimation of readiness against payment of balance dues- Alternatively Inventory cost @ 24% pa of order value and interest on balance due shall be applicable.
- WARRANTY 03 months against any manufacturing defects from the date of dispatch. The warranty would stand void in the event of wear and tear and improper usage / failure due to accidents. Manufacturer will either repair the defective part or send the new replacement. The buyer had to bear the shipping charges of resending part and import of the replacement part.
- VALIDITY: ONE Month from date of Quotation /Proforma Invoice or Stock availability whichever earlier .
- TECHINICAL/PART CONFORMATION : We will not be responsible for wrong parts arrivals and specific part numbers are mentioned in PI. Kindly double check parts and corresponding part number before placing the order .
- FORCE MAJEURE We shall not in any way be liable or held Responsible for delay in delivery and Commissioning or non-delivery of the material or any part thereof or for any loss or damage suffered by you on account of delay cause in manufacturing components by manufacturers and dealers from an act of God, act of state, frost, storm, earthquake, fire, flood, strike, lockout, delay in governmental approval for imports, clearance by customs, labour unrest, power cuts, accident, direct or indirect consequences of war- declared or undeclared -, hostility, national emergency, disorganization of transport or breakdown of machinery and other force majeure conditions beyond the scope of supplier.
- LIMITS OF LIABILITY Not withstanding anything to the contrary contained in the foregoing terms and conditions, no liability on us whatsoever will be accepted for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, or for any loss of production, distension, demurrage, compensation of any kind whatsoever, however caused.
- JURISDICTION The contract shall in all respects be construed and operate as an Indian Contract and in conformity of Indian Law and shall be deemed to have entered into at Mumbai (INDIA) and shall be to Jurisdiction of the court of Mumbai (INDIA)
Refund Policy
Refund Policy – Inco Mechel Pvt. Ltd.
As INCO deals primarily in specialized leisure equipment, machinery, spare parts, accessories, imported products and made-to-order/project-specific equipment, refunds are subject to the following conditions.
1. Refund Eligibility: A refund may be considered where INCO is unable to supply an ordered product and an acceptable alternative cannot be provided, or where a refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
2. Customized / Imported / Special-Order Products: Payments made towards products specifically imported, manufactured, customized, configured or procured against a customer's confirmed order are generally non-refundable once procurement, production or import arrangements have commenced, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Incorrect or Defective Product: If an incorrect product is supplied by INCO, or a product is received with a verified manufacturing defect, the customer must inform us promptly with the invoice/order details and clear photographs/videos. After verification, INCO may arrange repair, replacement, credit or refund, as appropriate depending upon the product and circumstances.
4. Transit Damage: Transit damage claims will be handled according to the shipping terms and applicable transit insurance. Customers must report visible damage immediately and retain the original packaging, invoice, delivery receipt and photographic/video evidence for claim processing.
5. Change of Mind: Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, compatibility issues not attributable to INCO, or products no longer required after an order has been confirmed.
6. Approved Refunds: Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made through the original payment method or bank transfer after necessary verification. Actual bank/payment gateway charges and other non-recoverable expenses may be deducted where legally permissible and applicable.
7. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be initiated within a reasonable period after approval and completion of the required documentation. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend upon the bank or payment service provider.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy – Inco Mechel Pvt. Ltd.
INCO supplies both regular inventory items and specialized capital equipment. Therefore, cancellation, return and exchange eligibility varies according to the type of product and order.
Order Cancellation: A cancellation request should be submitted to INCO as soon as possible. An order may be cancelled without charge if it has not yet been processed, procured, packed, dispatched, manufactured or ordered from the supplier. Once processing/procurement has commenced, cancellation will be subject to INCO's written approval and recovery of expenses already incurred.
Special / Customized Orders: Orders for imported, customized, made-to-order, project-specific or specially procured products generally cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once the procurement/production process has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
Returns: Returns will be considered primarily in cases where the wrong product has been supplied by INCO, the product has a verified manufacturing defect, or a return is otherwise required under applicable law. A return must be authorized by INCO before the customer sends the product back.
Return Condition: An approved return should include the original product, accessories, manuals, components and original packaging, wherever reasonably possible. Products should not have been installed, modified, misused or damaged after delivery.
Spare Parts & Compatibility: Customers are requested to carefully verify the part number, model, dimensions, machine compatibility and specifications before ordering spare parts. Correctly supplied spare parts ordered against the customer's specified part number/model are generally not returnable merely because an incorrect part was selected by the customer.
Exchange: Where INCO approves an exchange, the replacement will be subject to product availability. Any price difference, freight, packing or other applicable costs shall be adjusted accordingly.
Return Freight: Where the return results from an error attributable to INCO or a verified manufacturing defect, return arrangements will be determined by INCO after verification. In other approved cases, packing, freight, insurance and related charges may be borne by the customer.
Damaged / Missing Items: Any shortage, visible transit damage or incorrect item should be reported promptly after delivery with photographs/videos of the package and product, along with the invoice and delivery details. Customers should retain the original packaging until the matter is resolved.
Warranty: Return or exchange is separate from warranty. Products covered by a manufacturer's or INCO warranty will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms, which may involve repair or replacement of the defective component rather than replacement/refund of the complete equipment.
Final Approval: All cancellation, return and exchange requests are subject to verification and the applicable order/quotation terms, without limiting any rights available to the customer under applicable Indian law.
