Customer Scope:

3. Civil construction as per layout.

6. Erection expenses

Terms and Conditions:

1) Payment terms: An advance 60% from the product value and GST along with purchase order. 25% after 10days from the Purchase Order date and remaining 15% before dispatch .

2) Taxes: Existing tax structure will be applicable at the time of dispatch of material from Chennai.

3) Prices: Above quoted price shall be Ex works Chennai.

4) Transportation and transit Insurance: Extra on actual to be borne by the customer.

5) Dispatch:7D theater items shall be dispatched at our factory, Chennai within 30 to 45days from the date of receipt of purchase order along with the advance payment and GST.

6) Warranty: The 7D theater equipment items will be covered under warranty for a period of 12months from the invoice date. However, the items damaged by the visitors shall not be covered under warranty.

7) Erection and Commissioning: Erection will complete with on or before 15days if site is ready condition.

Erection Expenses such as comfort boarding, lodging and Conveyances

8) Loading and Unloading: The Customer shall provide suitable man power support to our staff for unloading the material and to move and positioning the items at site.

9) Frontal Attraction: The frontal attraction shall be customer scope.

10) Training: The customer shall appoint suitable technician by the time of reaching the material to your site, the training process will start from the day we start erection work, our staff will provide training to your operator for one day after completion of erection.

11) Quotation valid up to 30 days.
